Unitic Technology builds sector-specific custom software across verticals from healthcare to finance. We start where off-the-shelf stops: systems shaped around how the business actually works — secure, scalable, and interoperable with what is already running — delivered with enterprise project discipline.
What we do
Enterprise memory and RAG systems, AI agent systems, LLM security, provable AI, voice and video AI assistants, identity, document and face recognition, network-level protection, multi-tenant SaaS engineering, enterprise platform engineering, plus blockchain and smart contract solutions — these are our areas of expertise. None of them is a separate shop window; most projects draw on several at once.
We prove each of these areas in our own products first. Motice, built for pilates and yoga studios; Hardiye, a 24/7 Turkish-speaking voice assistant; BGB, a protection app against gambling addiction; Keyperties, a real-estate platform; and the education, exam and web platforms of the Yunus Emre Institute — what they share is not a sector, but work that does not fit an off-the-shelf product.
How we work
Our delivery approach has five stages and is the same on every project: discovery and strategic alignment, solution and project planning, delivery and execution, launch and go-live, then support and continuous improvement.
Before a project starts we establish the current state, the business need and the expected business value. Planning decides whether a predictive, agile or hybrid delivery model fits the work — the model is chosen for the project, not imposed on it.
Go-live is not the finish line. After technical readiness, user acceptance, data migration and training, a maintenance agreement covers support, defect management, SLA tracking and performance improvement.
Technical capabilities
Unitic's engineering system: agentic software development, quality gates and independent review, CI/CD and staged releases, security engineering and data isolation, traceability from request to release, and handover-ready engineering. Work with us, and your software passes through this system.
There is also our AI Lab. That is where we explain AI layers that never leak data to the LLM, assistants that cannot exceed their user's permissions, identity verification built on mathematics, agent memory that knows when something was true, testing AI with AI, and software that agents can safely edit. All of it runs in our own products and client projects.

Some of our work is published under case studies. Where naming a client is not appropriate, the project is published anonymised.
